SHIPPING
Packages are generally sent within 2 days after receipt of payment and are shipped via BRT with tracking and delivery without signature.
Shipping costs include handling and packaging charges and postage. Handling charges are fixed, while shipping charges vary depending on the total weight of the shipment. We recommend that you group your items into a single order. It is not possible for us to group two separate orders placed separately, so shipping costs will be charged for each. Your package will be sent at your own risk, but special care is taken with fragile items.
The boxes are appropriately large in size and your items are well protected.
3. MODE OF PURCHASE AND PAYMENT
3.1 The Contract by telephone is finalized by notifying the Customer (who has contacted Pan by telephone and formulated, on that occasion, a purchase proposal by also providing the operator with the data necessary for the procedure of registration of his name, purchase order and mode of purchase) of the purchase orderà of payment chosen) that the proposal is accepted.
3.2 In the case of purchase proposals sent through the Site, the Customer will receiveà from Pan a summary e-mail, with which he will beà informed that their purchase proposal is being processed and is intended to beà accepted, unless otherwise communicated by e-mail or telephone transmitted by Pan within the period of 7 ( seven ) calendar days from receipt of the summary e-mail. After this deadline, the Internet Contract shall be deemed to have been executed.
3.3 The Client will beà allowed to choose one of the following modesà of payment: (a) by paypal, to be made at the time of order placement; or (b) by any other means of payment from time to time indicated as valid by Pan on the Site.
